Hey Matthew, I haven't tried it, but look into a Gold Disk product called Video Director, or something like that. It sells for about a hundred bucks. It works with Control S or L. Though it won't give you frame accuracy — I think it claims +\- 3 to 5 frames — it still may be enough for your needs. Add a capture card with pass/through for five hundred or so, and then spend another few hundred on a scan converter (though some cards have this built in). Try scanning the video section in the Multimedia forum for product info on the newer cards, and also try Hands On Multimedia in the same forum. It's run by Ron Wodowski. Best, CJH
