Raymond, calm down. Take Bri's advice and get in touch with Feedback. Also,
even though this is after the fact, you should try to download only at late
hours (or early morning hours) when there are considerably less users on the
system. There's a file in DL1 called SAVMON.HLP – that you may also find
useful. You can read it online or download it.
