What we are doing with our Virtual page is creating the Page in RAM: in the
amiga. The laser is a M*C Scsi Laser, with aprox 8k of ram in board. We
Create the page in amiga, Modify change, what ever, then print it out. With
a program like Express Paint Text OR graphics print in about 10 seconds,
where that same page via postscript would take 10-60 minutes. We are using
General Computers Mac Scsi Printer PLP. I would like to see at least a
1.5meg machine, (The pagebitmap takes almost a meg at 8.5 x 11) I run it at
home with 2.5 meg 1000, or a 3meg 2000 at work.
