Steve – I think Louis' demo for Zoetrope was a last minute thing. If I
remember right, he initially did it Using Turbo Silver, and reduced it from
HAM to 32 or 16 colors, and put it into Zoetrope. Other than the lack of
overscan and interlace, though the package is very powerful, and has a
tremendous potential, when a few of the little glitches are fixed. It
appears that Jim Kent wanted to cram as many cells into memory at one time.
ON the Other Hand, I got Photon Cel animator, started it up, and when I
found I could only make 36 cells of HAM animation in a 5MB machine, I put
it on the shelf and haven't touched it since. If you like Louis's stuff,
just wait till you see his "Desiger" series of object disks for Turbo
Silver, They will absolutely knock you out!
