Disks?
The problem that our users group has encountered and to which we have not
received a satisfactory response is the inability to save documents which
have structured graphics, both imported and drawn in the PPage
environment.
The problem does not affect the printing of the Postscript file to disk;
however, this means that until we receive a fix for the problem, our
structured graphics, if any, will have to be VERY SIMPLE since we will have
to create at the very end of the document creation, in preparation for
printing to our PostScript file, and THEN, remove the structured drawing so
that we can save the remainder of the document of text and bitmapped
graphics.
According to my records, the disks were sent via certified or registered
mail by Michael McDougal and your offices should have received them 8 weeks
ago. . We will be following this CompuServe notice with as many written
remainders as is necessary to have this matter resolved.
Professional Page is a powerful product, but so far we have been denied
access to at least one of its major features. The length of time that we
have been waiting is quite disturbing. We hope that you will correct this
situation in a more reasonable amount of time in the future and for your
future customers.
