You can turn off 1/2 of the 1 Meg internal RAM via the NoFastMem
program…but you can not turn off the lower 512K. Among other things, that's
the CHIP RAM and is absolutely required.
If you've got the new Super Agnus in your machine…you can't even turn
off the upper 512K of the motherboard RAM.
