HP PaintJet
I am presently using a A1000; just got a HP PaintJet printer: apparently
fantastic output; it seems that indeed, more colors on paper as well as a
greater level of luminosity are what makes good printouts; after all, it is
fine to increase screen output quality, but we have to have better ways to
crank it all out (at least, fortunately, A1000 makes it easy to output to video
tape). Back to the PaintJet: the printer's manual just specifies how to hook it
up to the Amiga; as far as A-Dos 1.3 manual is concerned, it only specifies
that the Amiga operates the PaintJet in only one mode (180 by 180). MY
QUESTION: any tips/findings about the PaintJet and Amiga, out there? I will
appreciate any help is properly team up A1000 with this colorful printer.
