I don't doubt Tim's word for a minute. In fact, I had pretty much
dismissed all of this as much ado about nothing. However, I find NewTek's
legal posturing reprehensible. It seems to be the high-tech trend: If you
can't compete in the marketplace ("May the Market be with you"), compete in
the courtroom.
