wmc… unless I completely lost the thread of this discussion, you had said that PageStream had difficulty printing postscript output… my message was that I use PageStream on a daily basis doing just that (printing pagestream docs to a postscript file, and using dos-2-dos to save that file on a 3.5" disk, then taking that disk to an Clone hooked up to a laserwriter). I have never had a problem with the postscript files that PageStream outputs. I wish I didn't have to go through all those gyrations just to print a full page of graphics & text, but my Sharp JX9500 laser printer has only 512K (can you believe that Sharp wants somewhere around $1,000 for a lousy one meg upgrade board?). Anyway, I was somewhat confused by your reply to me regarding how PageStream uses its own drivers vs. amigados using preferences. I understand how PageStream works but what doles that have to do with the problem you mentioned regarding postscript? ps…by loading all of the PageStream Drivers (from PSDrivers) into your devs/printers drawer and then changing the set paths in PageStream, you could have all of your drivers in one place, couldn't you? mg
