Scott, if you only need black and white, I think PageSetterII will fill
your need, but if you need color, you have about three or four choices:
CityDesk from MicroSearch; Professional Page from Gold Disk; Pagestream
from Soft Logik; and Saxon, but I forget the publisher. They vary in price
– PageSetterII being >$100 usually, and some of the others ranging from
there upwards to about $500. Others here can tell you more about them, but
this will give you a start, at least.
