There is a problem that I've learned about from Expert Service's repair
tech: If any 28Mhz gets into the Vsync and Hsync of the (especially 1 and 2
Meg) Agnus, The Agnus goes nuts. It can be as little as 40 mV. A bypass cap
at the Agnus on the sync fixed that problem (external genlock's 28Mhz was
radiating onto the syncs). It has been seen on A2000s with accelerators and
A3000s. This might be the same thing.
