I know that this is the fix for the A3000/2300 genlock. A Rev 6 B2000 with
external genlock (I don't remember which one) had similar problems. A cap
on the Vsync fixed the problem. I trust the tech as he is an EE doing
repair work for extra pocket change. He has several Amiga-related designs
on the market.
