Don't get me wrong, I'm not predicting the A2000 to disappear any time
soon. But I think it'll go before the A500 does. One possible course of
action for Commodore is to come out with the tower 3500 and a new A1500
which is smaller, i.e. cheaper, yet reasonably expandable. Perhaps it could
be built with the A3000 case and the A3000 expansion daughterboard. This
would minimize costs even more. Then they'd drop the A2000 LINE entirely.
