Ben, what was the final resolution with that Swedish person? Part of the
flamage on the net was that people heard the complaint but didn't hear a
satisfactory conclusion.
The guy sounded pretty innocent. Perhaps it would be ridiculously
expensive to send him the right power supply, but he didn't realize that
when he bought it. Also the price ($300) normally includes a power supply,
so IMHO it makes sense for it to be somewhat cheaper if he doesn't get one.
Of course, that is a BB policy decision. But he didn't know and now he is
faced with paying $50 to ship it back if he doesn't like the way things
were resolved.
