Julius, If you have access to back issues of the now-defunct Transactor for the Amiga, I had an article in Volume 1, Issue #2 that contained a file-copy utility written in Assembler, that contains code to set the Datestamp of a file. I'll try to find the code and upload it here, as it does provide some good example code (although the program itself is a little out-dated).
