#Accelerators for 500?

RE: Bad design.. The MicroBotics HardFrame (power problems come to mind) The MB 8-UP! (seems to be things ranging from RF noise to motherboard revision) The Commodore 2052 (overheating) The C= 2090 (just bad) The C= 2091 (location 0 software conflicts) The C= Genlock for the A2000 (just bad) The C= de-interlacer seems to be a late addition to the list. FlickerFixer (just kidding!) The GVP 3001 accelerator (numerous compatability problems, overheating) The C= '030 board (compatability problems to a lesser degree, but not as compatable as the CSA MMR!) Some stories of pretty costly run-arounds with this one, though, as well as the 2091. The SupraModem 2000zi (not very software-compatable, although I always thought internal modems were silly). Those off the top o' my head. The above represent some pretty significant investments money-wise (at least) with which to get burned. Good luck..
