Dave: There was an ad placed in the classifieds here yesterday or the day before for a loaded A3000/25 for around $1700… the posting was made by David Vollant (sp?). I agree… your dealer COULD have sold you any unit, but IMHO, instead, gave you some good advice… spend less now, on an A2000 or A2000HD, and upgrade as you need/want to, or go straight to an A3000. That choice is really dictacted by what you want to do with your Amiga. Again, as I mentioned earlier, if heavy duty video work is what you have in mind for the near future, the A2000 series will offer greater flexibility today (but who knows about tomorrow <grin>.
