Jay: Thanks for the advice. I realize that the A3000/16 would be a better buy than the A2000s, but due to the expandability questions brought up here, and without the Forum's help I might have given up on all this, I'll hold off for now and wait for the A3000/25s to go on sale. The problem is that to realize there's a sale going on, you have to stop in to see an Amiga dealer. I'd never know if they were *giving* the boxes away otherwise. I feel the entire Amiga line is overpriced. The prices of 386s are dropping like rocks through a wet paper bag. An 20 MHz 386 can be had for under $1000 these days. Commodore has to do *something* about the Amiga prices. *I* know that Amigas are the most versitile, easy to use computer on the market, but a) they are presently a bad value for the $$, and b) I would never have known this, had I not become friends with someone who owns an Amiga. The marketing execs at C= must be being paid for nothing. BTW, what is Whap!? Everybody here seems to be Whap!pping. Is it a telecom program? —-Dave –Via VIP Writer 2.0 and V-Term 3.0
