The first film was "Ghoul School", shot in 16mm and transferred straight to 1" video. It was cut off-line on VHS, then the EDL was assembled in EDLP and the finished log was transferred from a 3.5" MS-DOS to an 8" CMX disk. Worked like a charm and easily saved hundreds of dollars (maybe more)! There was also a special interest tape called "Shock Cinema Volume One" which was done off-line on VHS and on-line on 3/4". More recently, the features "Zombie Cop", "Kingdom of the Vampire", "Chickboxer" and "Maximum Impact" utilized it. Later this month I'll do it all again on "Bimbo Penitentiary". Interested in an end-title plug in trade for a discounted upgrade? We just did that with SunRize to get their new AD1012 sound sampling board at cost, and with Cinemaware on an earlier feature, "Robot Ninja", which features their game Lords of the Rising Sun (as well as a cameo by my Amiga)!!
