<sigh> I spoke with y'all two weeks ago and was *assured* my subscription problem had been fixed and that the newest issue was winging its way to me. Still no sign. For those watching, it has now been 8 months (app. 240 days) since the charge was made to my Visa. I have yet to receive an issue. I have called every 2-3 weeks since May, and . . . nothing. How can y'all put out such a good magazine and still be so incredibly screwed up in the circulation/subscription department? I've got part-time college students working in our direct mail/subscription department who have their act together better than this. <flame off> <sigh> Loyd Blankenship
