I broke out in laughter when I read a reference to the Video Toa
ster in a
PC Magazine news release. They said you can buy this neato device for your
IBM computer that will let you do what $20,000 of professional video
equipment does for under $5,000! The picture shows the Video Toaster
hooked to an IBM PC, and the PC's monitor displays the Video Toster control
panels. No mention of Amiga, no mention that you are buying a whole
computer in that big box labeled Video Toaster, etc etc. Says you need an
IBM, and it hooks thru the serial port! What a laugh!
