interesting, as one other person who responded earlier had had a problem
with a syquest on his 3000 – and yours works OK – quite the mystery. I've
had a report of a timing problem with a maxtor LX200 (I believe that was
the model #) on the 3000, too. The Wren, BTW, is an Imprimis product –
which IMHO is the Rolls Royce of HD's. I have a Wren6/HH 330 meg drive
(also now known by its Seagate alias as a 2383N) and it is one terrific and
FAST drive. So far I've heard of NO problems with Quantum or Imprimis on
the 3000. But, then, those drives DO sell for premium prices.
