Same here – I knew 6800 stuff and 6502 stuff perfectly, and didn't have all
that hard a time with it. Then the 6809 came out, and because I really
didn't know any better, I did the same thing – it took almost a YEAR to do,
as the 6809 is most seriously complex in comparison to those earlier
processors… the 68000 and it's older brothers, well, forget it. :^) I
haven't got enough brian cells left to dedicate to the job.
We're looking forward to seeing FPro stuff in IM, also. What kind of 24 bit
display hardware do you have, Daniel? We've got drivers for a number of
them now, some released and some in Beta… let me know.
