Joe, SaxonScript is sold as a separate product. DJhelper is a complete printer driver and control software for the Deskjet. You can download any compatible fonts and you can purchase a bunch of font disks from the developer of DJHelper. You can set up complete sets of fonts to download and once done they are available to the printer as if they were built-in, so it doesn't really slow anything down. However, you do need to do some configuration to change some of the printer commands so that when found in a file they invoke the font you want. DJHelper has the editor as part of the software. You can do some pretty fancy things. However, SaxonScript may be an easier route to take. It comes with the 35 standard postscript fonts. Under 2.0 you can use the standard postscript fonts which you can buy from GoldDisk and install under 2.0 so your wordprocessor has access to them or they can be used directly in ProPage and PageStream. SaxonScript sets up a device, PSC:. You can simply print to PSC: and voila, you have postscript output. SaxonScript is very fast and the output is excellent. I have only found one minor problem thus far, with FinalCopy, which produces a postscript command which SaxonScript doesn't like. SoftWood says it's a problem with SaxonScript, although the same file printed through ProWrite or Excellence works fine, so I'm not fully convinced the problem isn't with FinalCopy. However, FinalCopy has its own proprietary outline fonts which can be used to produce superb output directly without having to use the postscript interpreter.
