Aye, the A500 is their bread and butter. And it wouldn't be too surprising
if most A2000 sales these days are to new Toaster buyers. Plus, the higher
the MSRP, the better that sale prices look 🙂 🙂
But yeeeow. Two grand for an old 68000 machine? It's ridiculous. For
about $1400, I can buy a PT-68K with IBM slots, SVGA card, multitasking and
windows (under OS-9), with multiple serial/parallel ports, a hard disk, and
etc. The base A2000 price should be around $800 these days, not $1900!
