That must have been a fabulous moment, when you first read that. :^) I know just how you felt… We've got a ClickFAX customer who called us repeatedly for every little issue you can imagine. No problem, as far as it goes. Now, this absolutely moronic "review" in AmigaWorld comes out, and we get a letter from thes3e same people saying they can't figure it out, and that they've "been DTP users for years" and so expect to be able to, ergo it's the fault of the software. The P.S. to this is that these people called us up _repeatedly_ to ask us how to do the simplest operations imaginable in…. no, not ClickFAX – PageStream! Experts, my bunions. Luckily, most of our customers are a lot smarter than these folk. Ben
