I was just wondering how long it takes usually, if you know for the
upgrade on ProWrite to get to where it's going? I'm just a little anxious
because some of my mail has been lost lately and the Post Office says it's
because of slight variations in possibly the name or address on my mail. I
never had trouble before, but all of a sudden…by the way it was around
Nov. 20 when you told me it was to be sent out the week after-if that makes
sense, just so I could have an idea of how long it takes.
