In my opinion, "hate mail" is not what is called for. Well thought out,
politely stated, comment on the omission is needed.
As for your other statement, "Did CBM regularly advertise in this
magazine?" — well, if _any_ magazine bases their reviews and/or editorial
comment upon who is spending how much for advertising in their magazine it
is a magazine that I want to know about — so I don't accidently purchase
it to add to the coffers of a highly biased and unethical rag.
