Franklin, I purchased my Magni Pro from NW Tech Systems in Bellevue, Wa. (206) 641-3282 for $1795 plus tax and shipping. I've seen it listed in Videomaker Mag for $1695 from B&H Photo-Video (800) 221-5662. I'm located in Olympia, Wa., and there are no local service bureaus that I have been able to find. I'm not able to help you on this. I've seen comments on the forum that in big cities like LA, it does not make sense econimically, not to use a a service bureau. I've just purchased a system that will allow me to do frame by frame recording. My production company produces videos with graphics and animation, plus video taped presenters. So far most of the work is done on speculation, and my prospects are accustomed to seeing higher quality video than can be achieved in real time recording, at least with the 3DS renderings. The Magni Pro has helped a great deal with graphics prepared in Ani Pro, but the 256 color limit for 3DS keeps the renderings from coming alive. I hope this information is helpful to you. Patrick
