Matt, Yes, I read most of the manual. The version I'm working with is version 5.0 for UNIX. Yes, I agree it's a very powerful program…and it's supported on multiple platforms…that's why we use it as a standard at work (and I helped set that particular standard). And yes, I have printed out a template for my particular keyboard. I've seen nothing about an on screen menu…and like I said, I've read most of the manual…including the administrator's manual (this is the multi-user version also). I just don't happen to like it. And even after reading the manual and going thru all the on-line help, I still can't find a single keystroke that will delete a line…I've got to use 3 keystrokes. Don
