"…User-kind…" Well don't be too hasty, just try formatting a floppy disk on a Quadra or any of the lower Macintosh models. You got yourself one heck of an expensive disk formatter there! Can't do anything else if you need a bunch of floppys formatted or diskcopied! Just sit there and have a coffee or doodle on a pad of paper, anything but use your computer! I'll say this, the MAC OS has a few nice built-in features, but there is enough in it to cajole about. Chris
