I'll review the problem I've had for the benefit of other readers – I just installed the new Janus software and am now getting a message "Janus Handler not loaded" when I tried to use AREAD/AWRITE. I called my dealer – he couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then, I called Commodore and spoke with a very nice technicial support person for about an hour who walked me through various steps – all to no avail. However, one thing I didn't mention was that just before my upgrade came, the files on my c: directory were deleated by accident. After booting from A:, I restored my config.sys and autoexec.bat files as best I could, but I might have missed something. Could someone using this configuation (Janus2.1 with an A2286) list these files for me? Or if the problem isn't there, any other advice would be real helpful. I'm running some of my crucial hardware on my PC side and really neec to get to it. Thanks a lot – I'd be real grateful if someone could help me out…..Nancy
