They've got an 800 number for tech support. Have you tried calling them
directly? You're right, their network support is spotty. I'll tell you
why… the upper management at NewTek doesn't have a high opinion of
network online support at this time. Their opinion is that it's nowhere as
good as what can be accomplished over the phone, and that there's a
tendency for people to get a bad impression of the company if there's a lot
of flaming and dirty laundry. So when we do get NewTek tech support people
here, they're probably doing it of their own motivation…
