You'll just have to keep calling them, and expect them to be busy. If
they want to call you back, get an estimate of when, you may have to call
them back anyway.
I have got them on the phone, about three weeks ago. I expect to try them
this week because I get a red screen on the second half of an autohue. I
don't now if this is a problem, does anyone?
