Dave, I know exactly what you're saying…and totally disagree with your reasoning. The rules are there for everyone, not just the big boys. The illegality isn't just the amount of radiation the device emits, it's selling an unregistered device that is illegal…even if the emissions are well within spec. From what you've said, my understanding is that you: a. Believe your devices are within spec, but haven't tested them so don't know. b. Have not certified and registered them with the FCC. c. Know this is illegal, but feel it's ok since you can't afford the testing. So…are points A, B and C correct? Don
