High prices are the center of the cycle of piracy on other platforms. Joe
can't spend $600 for a word processor so he steals it. Big Bad Company
knows this so they charge a lot extra to cover the theft caused by Joe who
says such a high price is ridiculous.
Charging high prices is done to offset the expected theft of the product.
On some platforms $600 for a spread sheet is considered silly. On this
platform $100 for a file utility is absurd.
