I appreciate it! I find that anecdotes from previous experience with new
technologies and products help us understand current challenges better, and
put them in perspective. We keep saying that we should learn from history,
but the techology business seems to feel it is so new that there are no
lessons to learn from the past. And I disagree heartily.
