You may be "king of dirty pool", but won't stop someone who is
angry at you from making a complaint to the FCC. It depends on how nasty
someone wants to get.
The FCC has a nasty habit of not only following up, but if they
find a violation…they grab EVERYTHING in the store/shop/whatever until
they feel like giving it back.
