I haven't used the ENLAN stuff for quite a while, so I haven't made a detailed and direct comparison. What I do know is that ENLAN has good telephone support and an established track record, but is dramatically more expensive. ENLAN is probably a little more resource-hungry than Amiga Envoy (i.e., uses more memory). Amiga Envoy was designed to be an extension to the Amiga OS that would eventually be fully incorporated into the OS. It was meant to become part of every Amiga system. Among other advantages that provides, many new applications will likely take advantage Amiga Envoy's API. ENLAN is probably still a good choice for the professional market that can afford it.
