Sure! I would willingly testify in court that I have actually made
configuration changes to the files on a drive only to discover to my shock
that I had just reconfigured the remote machine rather than the local
one!
It was always a mixed reaction. I was disappointed that I was so careless
but then was amazed to realize that I actually did not notice a slower
response.
