Thomas… As one Primera owner to another I have a few questions for you since you appear to have had your printer longer than I – first when did you get your dye-sub upgrade? I have been told mine wasn't shipped because it is still being worked on. What software besides DPIV and AdPro have you tried? The rep mentioned only those two and Brilliance as working with the software. I have tried IMr/t with only ok results and the old DPIII with fantastic results for graphic (drawings) only. What I want is to be able to push the printer to it's max ie: print very large detailed images in the Thermal Wax mode then print 24 bit photographs in the Dye-Sub mode. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated before I invest more money in new software or upgrades to software I already own. Thanks. ..Carl
