Rusty… There are two files that need to be copied from the disk that came with the printer. The first is the Printer driver that goes in the Sys:Dev/printers drawer. The second is named something like Primera.kgs and goes into the Sys:wbstartup drawer. Finally you need to go to sys:prefs and select the Primera printer driver. In the Graphics selection you need to make sure you use 1 for the right slider (I can't remember what it is – density or something- sinc since I am at my work computer. All of this is of course outlined in the readme file and instructions that came with the printer. If your friend has done all of this let me know and there might be something else wrong like too long a parallel cable. ..Carl
