#ADPro Qs
OK, I must be doing something wrong, and I need help to get straightened out!
I am trying to change the color map of a picture using ADPro. I modify the
palette and get the exact picture that I want, but when I try to do an "Apply
Map" or "Execute", ADPro insists on trying to rerender the picture to my new
map. The problem is that I am trying to change the colors, I don't want ADPro
trying to see how close it can get to the original.
Specifically, I have a 16 color picture that I am trying to convert to black
and white. For it to look right, there are some areas where light colors need
to be made black and others where dark colors need to be made white. By playing
with the palette, I can get this. However, when ADPro finishes rerendering, I
am left with useless blobs.
What is the correct way to do this using ADPro. I know that I can do it by
loading the picture into a paint program, but I am trying to learn how to use
ADPro.
BTW: The ADPro line art operator doesn't quite give me what I am looking for.
Thanx – Chris
