I talked to Terry and also to the Pegger folks. It seems that the SFC software from about ver. 2.0 and later automatically reads JPEG files directly, so you don't need Pegger for that. I tried it and it works fantastic. If you do want to use Pegger, Terry says to turn off the "Verify IFF" function on the SFC setup screen (the one that identifies the VTR you're using). I tried that, but the SFC seemed to open every file in the sequence for some reason, so I aborted it and went without the Pegger. Much cleaner and quicker.
