Thanks, bill, The only reason I purchased the SupraRAM was because my salesman told me that the PhonePak required 16bit A2000 memory to operate. It is populated with 2Mb of memory which I had assumed was of the appropriate type. I had the Phone Pak installed as part of the original A3000 puchase (Creative Computers, CA). I will verify with them that Zorro-II memory was used. The computer was purchased new within the last 7 weeks, if that is important. Assuming that they have provided me with a good config, is there anything else you can think of that might be wrong? The Voice-mail portion of the program seems to work fine; is Zorro-II required only for FAX capability?
