Hi Gracia, "repackaged Canon BJC 800" means some other manufacturer licences the hardware, but adds on to the basic printer. Wolf sent me a message with a couple of names of NA companies that repackaged the 800, with one of them putting PS capabilities into the printer. Canon did the same thing with the PJ-1080. There were three other versions of this printer available (that I know of). The TrashShack CGP-220 (the worst implementation, by far), the QuadRam QuadJet, and the best of them all, the IBM Color Jetprinter. Same hardware, just different software. What issue of AW was the review in? And what was the review about?? <grin> Was it the Primera? AW is the one magazine that IS available on the newstand, but I rarely pick it up. I picked up the Dec issue last week, but haven't read it yet. Will have to pick up the Jan issue when available, just to see what they had to say about ImageMaster R/T (have to upgrade one of these days).
