Dom.. As Jeff says, you can Email Arnor on CIX (forgot about that). I was on CIX, but that system is for the more technically- minded, no good for me! However, I think Arnor have their own section, but I found them rather slow in answering messages posted on there. But if you advised M. Yates that you were going to use CIX, they may well be more on the ball. Or I can phone them for you and tell them that you will be using Email to CIX. I like the Protext6, especially the Dialogue boxes for format setting, so much faster that referring to the manual all the time. As for the Graphics Import..brilliant! Nancy
