John, The MS Windows NT dual boot should mot cause any Optimize conflicts. The symptoms you are describing indicate that your SCSI adapter is causing the conflict. Loading the VDS (USPI14.SYS) driver after DOSDATA.SYS but before QEMM386.SYS will resolve the conflict. Another solution is to download and install the ULTRAF.ZIP patch in LIB 1; this fixes a problen that we found with Ultrastor BIOS's (but updating the BIOS is an even better solution). I'd also reccomend adding a Stealth exclude for your video ROM; the syntax is XST=C000, and should be placed on the QEMM386.SYS device line. You should also install the 7.03 update that you have downloaded; this will ensure that you have the 'latest & greatest' QEMM loaded. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
