#3DS stars
Martin,
We are running Pentiums and they are extremely stable. As a matter of fact we
haven't had any difficulty with 3DS. We started testing them prior to most
manufaturer's releasing the units and have had around 10 different MB's in here
over the course of the last few months. We actually feel that they are more
stable than the 486/66 units. But we've always looked at the 66 as an oddball
because of Intel's decision to double clock speed instead of producing better
architecture. If you're considering buying one, wait! There are alot of
manufacturers making major changes in the boards and you're likely to get a
transitional unit. Or if you need speed, get a cheap clone, enjoy the rush of
the speed and then save the big bucks until March or so.
