Ed, I'm not sure that you're getting the comparison you want. If you use WinCim then you're probably used to logging on, downloading the messages by using the Retrieved Marked command, exiting and reading and responding to them offline. Since you can retrieve all the messages in the Asoft forum on the busiest day in about 4 minutes I'm not sure what Angelo is talking about: >>>If you are used to using what CIS provides, then you are spending WAY TOO MUCH money in connect charges.<<< Maybe with WinCis you can script out the multistep proceedure of logging on, retrieving a predesignated list of topics and then logging out. If this is true it differs from WinCim only slightly but the difference would be significant. The scripting ability would definitely make it more useful than WinCim in my opinion. Maybe you could script WinCis to do this proceedure at a specific time of each day? I hope to get info on WinCis as well, it could be worth a try. Bob
